Digital transformation of Magurele Science Park Association

General objective:

The Digital MSP project aims to support the digital transformation of the Măgurele Science Park Association by optimizing and automating internal and external processes, developing IT infrastructure and improving digital services provided to the MSP community beneficiaries.

Specific Objectives

• Development and implementation of a modern digital infrastructure for the efficient management of organizational activities and for delivering high-quality digital services to beneficiaries.

• Increasing the digital skills level of MSP staff and volunteers by organizing and delivering digital literacy training courses.

• Modernization of the IT infrastructure through the acquisition and implementation of high-performance hardware equipment that supports service digitalization and optimization of organizational processes.

Activities

• Implementation of digital solutions necessary to streamline internal processes and deliver digital services to beneficiaries.

• Organization and delivery of digital skills training courses for MSP staff and volunteers.

• Acquisition and installation of hardware equipment required for IT infrastructure modernization.

Results

• Increased level of organizational digitalization by meeting at least 5 digital intensity criteria according to the DESI index.

• Improved access to digital services provided by MSP beneficiaries.

• Development of digital competencies among staff and volunteers.

• Increased awareness regarding the activities and solutions provided by MSP.

• Provision of accessible digital services for people with disabilities or special needs.
