The initiative “Ora de stiut!” it is an integrated optional subject, as part of the curriculum at the decision of the school. The curriculum integrates fields of wide interest within the sciences (STEAM), having as a general theme the approach to some scientific aspects of the relationship between humans and the terrestrial and even extraterrestrial environment. They are aspects related to problems of the contemporary world, but also to the challenges found in everyday activity. This program integrates elements specific to the curricular areas Science and Man and society (mainly from geography, as Earth science). It is addressed to secondary education, with a time budget of 1 hour per week.
